Ask Zane Anything
would you consider a franchise for the truck operation in Niagara?
- asked by Rick
Hi Rick, The short answer is "not immediately". Please let me explain why. Operating a food truck is more complicated than operating a restaurant. In addition, it's a seasonal business and requires a licensed kitchen facility to act as a home base. Based on the success of our Pearson Airport franchises we're looking to open two new restaurants this year and a bunch more next year. Niagara in 2016 would be ideal. After a year of successfully operating your own franchise I'd be more than happy to talk to you about licensing a food truck. If you're interested, please email me at to continue this discussion.
Thank you from Zane
